The holidays have come and gone, the decorations have been safely packed away for another year, and the cookies we indulged in have inspired us to diet–at least we would like to think we will diet. It’s one of those New Year’s resolutions that is all too easily broken. It’s January after all. It’s cold outside and exercising and dieting seem like warm weather ideas. So it’s a bit surprising during this cold time of the year that our thoughts are already turning to spring and to weddings.
We would like to invite you to join us at the 18th annual bridal show at the Grassy Hill Country Club in Orange on Sunday, January 23rd. We will be there from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. What on earth is a residential painting company doing at a bridal show? Good question!
Last summer we were hired to paint a home in preparation for a couple’s wedding. Although the ceremony itself took place on their beautifully manicured lawn under a large white tent, the inside of the home was the setting for the preparation and serving of the food for the reception, as well as a place where guests could use a powder room. We are proud of the part we played in making their special day memorable and beautiful!
